1. Apologies for Absence
Apologies were received Tim Over (TO) and Andrew Barnfield (AB)

2. Declarations of Interest and Requests for Dispensations

As a significant number of parishioners were in attendance the Chair allowed representations. There were several representations that considered it incorrect that the public were to be excluded from the consideration of the Examiner’s report at item 4. Assurances were sought from the Parish Council that no changes would be made to the NDP without public consultation. The Chair and members addressed the public and informed them that the action at item 4 was, at the request of Herefordshire Council, to proof read the examiner’s draft report for typographical and factual errors only. Herefordshire Council had requested that the Parish Council keep the draft report confidential and not make it available to the public at this stage. Assurances were given that the content of the NDP was not being considered and that no alterations would be made to it.

3. To exclude the Public from the Meeting
The request received from Herefordshire Council that the Parish Council proof read the Independent Examiner’s draft report for typographical and factual errors was considered. The request made clear that no comment on the content or implications of his draft recommendations was being sought or would be entertained.
Resolved: to exclude the public from the meeting to proof read the draft report from the Independent Examiner for typographical and factual errors

4. To check the NDP Examiner’s Report
A copy of the report was provided to and read by all the members present. Typographical and factual errors were noted and marked on an electronic copy of the report.
Resolved: the Clerk to send and electronic copy of the report with the noted errors marked together with a sheet of explanatory notes to Herefordshire Council on 9th May 2017
