Regular Parish Council Meeting

Or you can access the programme via your smartphone.

The web address is:  https://zoom.us. You will need to download the programme first but this is very straightforward and takes only a few minutes. Once on, select the option to ‘Join a Meeting’ and you will then be prompted to enter the following

Meeting ID: to be notified     Passcode:  to be notified

The Agenda for September Parish Council Meeting will be posted a clear 3 days before the meeting

Telephone Access:  Those who do not have access to a computer can still join the meeting by telephone (though of course you will not be able to see the participants).

If you are using a telephone to join the meeting you will need to call any one of the following numbers:

0203 481 5240     0131 460 1196      0203 051 2874      0203 4841 5237

You will be prompted to enter the Meeting ID and Password on your telephone keypad and then will be able to hear the meeting and speak if you wish (though please remember this will be during Open Session only).

If you would like any further information on how to join the meeting contact the Parish Clerk on 07777 669 662 or by email clerk@kingscapleparishcouncil.org.uk

Agendas will be posted on notice boards and this website.

Final minutes will be posted as soon as they have been approved at a Parish Council meeting.
